Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are not auto-renewed, so there's nothing to cancel. Your access simply expires at the end of the paid period.

Can I get a refund?

We consider refund requests made within 7 days of payment. Email support@saarthiq.com with your order details.

How do I add staff to my shop?

Go to Settings → Staff and send an invite link. Staff members share the shop's subscription — no extra charge.

Is my customers' data safe?

Yes. Each shop's data is fully isolated using database-level Row Level Security. No other shop can see your records.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your data stays intact in our database. If you resubscribe, everything will be exactly as you left it. We delete data 30 days after account termination.
